Customer Experience Supervisor, Cash

With over a million customers trusting PayJoy, it’s increasingly important that our apps and services operate with integrity and high availability while keeping our customers' data confidential.

We are looking to hire a Customer Experience Supervisor who will lead our staff to deliver exceptional client support, as well as be the main contact between customer feedback and areas of the Cash Team. This person will have a key role in helping the Cash Program grow in Mexico.

Preferred candidates are meticulous, analytical, proactive, organized and self-driven executors.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the agents with regular performance feedback
  • Provide the tools and information agents need to operate accordingly  
  • Track metrics 
  • Guide the agents through best practices and benchmarks of quality execution    
  • Train staff in areas of customer service and company policies
  • Assist customer service staff with duties where required
  • Requirements

  • Previous experience working as an agent 
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (intermediate mandatory)
  • Intermediate English (written) 
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
