Media Buyer Manager

PayJoy is looking for an experienced advertising execution manager, who wants to expand their skill set and join one of the fastest growing Fin-Tech companies. This manager will support Mexico markets, with their ongoing media buying needs, but has the potential to become a Global facing role. The Media Buyer Manager is responsible for campaign execution, the creation of PayJoy ads, reporting dashboards, and campaign analysis.


  • Flawless execution of paid media campaigns on: Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram & Programmatic (Iron Source, Applovin, etc)
  • Carry out campaign management tasks according to our Marketing Team needs
  • Develop new creative ideas for PayJoy
  • Ensure you are prepared for all internal meetings and calls having new insights, test recommendations or industry updates to discuss with the team
  • Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of paid media campaign execution experience in the platforms mentioned above
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong technical background with advanced computer skills
  • Ability to solve complex issues by finding new ways to resolve via process updates, teamwork cross-functionally, or in-app enhancements
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
