Operations Analyst

PayJoy is hiring an Operations Analyst to join our talented team. You will work on exciting and fast-paced projects, as well as, contribute to the mission of delivering consumer finance at scale. One of the many reasons PayJoy is able to develop innovative products is because of the collaborative work of our teams which enables consumer finance in emerging markets.

You will work with teammates across the company, from Operations, Business Development, Product and the Executive Team, to launch and scale PayJoy products. You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive new deployments at PayJoy speed. Successful candidates will be able to dig into the details and step back to focus on the major opportunities. You will need outstanding communication skills, a quick understanding of processes, a focus on scalability of the business, and a highly proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and create reports for the Customer Experience Team
  • Define and create new metrics and key indicators for measuring the day to day operations
  • Identify and share insights with other teams in order to improve processes
  • Support automation and technological tools administration
  • Requirements:

  • Intermediate SQL (Queries and basic reports)
  • Previous experience working with BI platforms such as Tableau, Mode, Power BI
  • Previous experience with CRM tools (Zendesk is desirable)
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Conversational English
