Merchant Operations Manager

As the Merchants Operations Manager, you will work with several merchants nationwide. Operations with merchants at PayJoy involve strategic interactions and several administrative transactions that help us build successful partnerships and grow our business. The Merchants Operations Manager will ensure efficient and successful partnerships in Mexico by driving our clients through our processes and products. The successful candidate will have experience as the key contact with partners. 


  • Be the main point of contact (POC) for our merchant Support and attend all Merchants in their administrative operations
  • Ensure commissions payments, promotions, incentives, etc. will be paid on time
  • Coordinate business planning process (discovery, ideation, initiative sizing, business plan creation, governance setup, execution start)
  • Coordinate promotional and marketing materials' shipping to Merchants
  • Interface and coordinate between the merchant and company's team to create action plans and mobilize the necessary resources to hit our agreed-upon business objectives
  • Ensure Merchants feel satisfied with PayJoy operations
  • Requirements

  • Must be very dynamic, with a sense of service, capable to solve problems 
  • Experience in automation processes
  • Strong communication skills, tech savvy
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
