Responsabilidades

  • Atención de chats y llamadas por Zendesk
  • Whatsapp y Redes sociales
  • Llamadas con socios y clientes
  • Solución de problemas a socios
  • Manejo de contratos
  • Requisitos

  • Tener en experiencia en Atención al Cliente y Ventas
  • Tener el bachillerato completo o licenciatura (completa o trunca)
  • Manejo de Excel
  • Disponibilidad de 8 horas de trabajo 5 días a la semana
  • Interés por la tecnología
