Sr. Partner Success Manager

PayJoy is looking for a Sr. Partner Success Manager in Mexico City that will be responsible for activating and scaling new and existing distribution partners. As our ideal candidate, you need to be a proven leader, process and analytics-driven, and enjoy a high-change environment that is focused on expanding PayJoy’s phone finance services across Mexico. You will be tasked with keeping existing and new distribution partners actively selling and scaling with PayJoy, which means you will need to build and develop the required Partner Success team and tools that will ensure we are keeping Partners actively selling every month.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for keeping PayJoy partners actively selling monthly and daily
  • Manage a team of Partner Success managers and agents
  • Provide an executive presence to your team and your partners
  • Engage with strategic and priority partners when necessary
  • Work cross functionally to ensure your team and your partners have the tools necessary to be successful
  • Requirements

  • Minimum experience of 7+ years in any of the following areas: Customer Service, Field Sales, Sales in SoftwareExperience in Telecom or Retail industry (preferred)
  • Experience in signing and activating new business partners
  • Strong management skills and experience leading a team of direct reports to hit your monthly sales targets
  • Strong analytical, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English (required)
