Chief of Staff GTM to the President

The Chief of Staff role will support the President (GTM) on key company-level initiatives, working cross-functionally to assist the President to deliver business outcomes. This role will work closely with senior go-to-market executives and regional teams to help them effectively run their business. To succeed, this role will need to be able to flex across both strategic and operational initiatives and lead by influence. Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional, cross-regional initiatives that deliver business outcomes
  • Assist GTM leaders to define strategy, build an organization, and execute effectively work cross-functionally, leading by influence, to deliver business results
  • Streamline sales and operations functions with a sense of urgency and a focus on scale
  • Work closely with product, engineering, risk, finance, and HR functions, ensuring that cross-functional initiatives are delivered expeditiously
  • Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience in strategy and operations
  • MBA from top business school preferred
  • Management consulting or investment banking from top-tiers firms preferred
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization
  • Willingness to be deep in the details while also being able to create and communicate higher-level strategy
