Sr. Sales Manager

PayJoy is looking for a Sr. Sales Manager that will be responsible for increasing sales revenue in your territory. As our ideal candidate, you are a sales professional, you are a proven leader, results-driven, and enjoy a high-change environment that is focused on expanding PayJoy’s phone finance services across Mexico. You will be tasked with increasing sales revenue, which means you will need to build and develop the required field sales team that will ensure we are signing up new distribution partners, and scaling existing partners.


  • You will be responsible for hitting your territory’s sales targets
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of sales managers and field sales reps
  • You will provide an executive presence to your team and your partners
  • You will engage with strategic and priority partners when necessary
  • You will work cross functionally to ensure your team and your partners have the tools necessary to be successful
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum experience of 7+ years in any of the following areas: Customer Service, Field Sales, Sales in Software
  • Experience in Telecom or Retail industry (preferred)
  • Experience in signing and activating new business partners
  • Experience with managing a team of direct reports to hit your monthly sales targets
  • English is mandatory
