Operations Program Manager

As the Operations Program Manager you will work with highly skilled teams to launch, implement and scale operations processes, driving success through the Ops Lifecycle framework, and being part of an innovative and collaborative environment. 

The Operations Program Manager will ensure efficient and successful project launch for the Operational Business, understanding their needs and growth by driving organizational readiness across all functional areas. The successful candidate will have experience executing complex, cross-functional programs, knowledge and proper interpretation of engineering requirements, and will be able to lead teams to achieve challenging goals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

Responsibilites

  • Drive operational success through cross-functional collaboration across all phases of the Ops Lifecycle including all activities necessary to conceive, qualify, plan, launch, scale and end-of-life products
  • Own key KPIs and achieve company’s operational objectives related to the operation success
  • Develop business opportunities by growing existing relationships and building new ones, understanding needs and transforming them into product features.
  • Identify and manage critical milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Proactively collaborate with Stakeholders to solve conflicts around resources, schedules, risks, scope and other program-level issues
  • Provide clear direction and support to multiple teams simultaneously
  • Define key metrics to track and provide visibility to all team members on a regular basis
  • Prepare and deliver program status updates and presentations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership team
  • Requirements

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management or related field
  • Minimum of 6+ years’ project management and/or solid operational experience with an emphasis on cross-functional projects
  • Consulting experience is desirableEnglish language proficiency is required
  • Skills and Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in successfully leading complex, high-profile initiatives with specific experience in leading engineering and business teams
  • Successful application of the Operations Lifecycle principles in managing initiatives through each phase from ‘cradle to grave’
  • Ability to understand and work with technical concepts and creatively apply these concepts to product innovation and strategic portfolio alignment
