Brand Specialist

PayJoy is looking for its new creative Brand Specialist. A successful Brand Specialist is passionate about phones and financing, driving Sales and Customer Service as well as helping with managing PayJoy's brand. He/She will help develop plans that support lines of service and brand objectives as well as contributing to device campaigns that increase the awareness of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee in-store Branding efforts
  • Writing pitches, blog posts, and articles
  • Building relationships with influencers, journalists, and media outlets
  • Overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency
  • Cross-department collaboration and teamwork
  • Strengthen PayJoy’s brand identity
  • Completing research into industry trends and public perception 
  • Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, Communication, Marketing or a related field is strongly encouraged
  • 1-3 years of working experience as a Brand Specialist or a Brand Manager
  • Phone retail knowledge preferred
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Spanish and English (Portuguese too is an advantage)
