Regional Sales Manager - Sinaloa or Sonora

PayJoy is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for REGION 2 to help drive the growth of PayJoy’s phone finance services in Mexico. As our ideal candidate, you are a senior sales executive, you are dynamic, results-driven, and enjoy a high-change environment that is focused on building the next generation of PayJoy’s phone finance experiences. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for increasing sales revenue in your region by managing a team of territory managers and sales representatives to sign up, activate and grow new and existing distribution partners.


  • You will be responsible for ensuring your region is hitting sales targets
  • You will manage and develop your team of territory managers and sales representatives
  • You will engage with strategic and priority partners when necessary
  • You will be expected to work cross functionally in order to properly serve your team
  • You will work with the rest of the commercial team to deliver company level goals
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum experience of 7+ years in any of the following areas: Field sales, software sales, sales management
  • Experience in Retail and/or Telecom industry (preferred)
  • Experience with managing a team of direct reports to hit your monthly sales targets
  • Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
