HR Operations Specialist

PayJoy is looking for the next key member of our People Team--an HR Operations Specialist! We need someone who can keep all of us at PayJoy on track with our various People processes and stay on top of a variety of changing work flows. You will help our HR and Recruiting teams communicate to the rest of the company and ensure that everything we do follows our standard guidelines. Working closely with the Global HR Manager, you will take new processes and help disseminate them to everyone.
You are someone who cares about details and process and isn't afraid to remind others about the steps that they may have forgotten. You are the first person to find typos in an email and everyone knows that you're the go-to source when they need to know "what's next." At the same time, you are able to be a compassionate team member to everyone in the company and know that mistakes come from a place of genuine confusion, not mal-intent.
