We are looking to hire someone to handle the communication material and visual experience of our customers in our partner stores. This position requires solid experience in positivizing points of sale and creating and developing merchandising material. We value knowledge in marketing strategies aimed at visual communication and prior experience in working together with sales and customer experience teams. Indispensable for this position is the ability to work with multiple suppliers and order management as well as delivery logistics planning.

To ensure success you need to employ prudence and tact in interacting with others andbe focused on results. Preferred candidates are able to perform to ahigh level of accuracy, and are meticulous and organized.

Responsibilites

  • Assisting operations staff and sales team where required
  • Define, standardize and distribute visual communication material to our partners
  • Investigating and solving store complaints about merchandising
  • Manage the relationship with suppliers, such as communication and marketing agencies
  • Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities
  • Manage the delivery of material by aligning deadlines with the needs of the sector that made the material requirement
  • Performing additional duties where needed.
