Merchant Collection Analyst - Ecuador

PayJoy is hiring a Merchant Collection Analyst for Ecuador who can help us decrease the risk of late account receivables from Merchants due to efficient management of the accounts. Responsibilities

  • Plan the collection actions to be executed according to the established strategy, in coordination with the Operations Manager
  • Make phone calls according to the assigned portfolio to contact the various merchants and carry out the requested collection management
  • Verify and prioritize unfulfilled payment commitments, to carry out collection management
  • Comply with the established goals, observing the policies, scripts, script procedures and deals with the merchant
  • Generate and deliver reports regarding the planning and collection management carried out, according to business requirements, in order to provide information that facilitates decision-making
  • Work with other PayJoy Teams to ensure successful execution
  • Be able to simplify and synthesize complex structures to communicate value effectively
  • Nurture strong relationships with our global offices, including San Francisco’s headquarters
  • Be adaptive as needed to support internal and external customer needs
  • Requirements

  • 1+ years of managing key accounts in Telecom and/or Retail
  • Related studies in Administration, Economics, Finance or studying at a distance or graduate
  • Strong experience using Excel and Gsuite applications
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (preferred) and Spanish (required)
