Head of Partner Success

PayJoy is looking for a Head of Partner Success to drive the growth of PayJoy’s phone finance services in Mexico. As our ideal candidate, you are a proven leader, you are dynamic, results-driven, and enjoy a high-change environment that is focused on building the next generation of PayJoy’s phone finance experiences. The Head of Partner Success is responsible for keeping partners active and growing sales revenue with PayJoy by driving growth initiatives and also building out the necessary team to support the operation.


  • Develop and implement effective strategic plans and initiatives to achieve sales goals
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure cross-functional objectives are met
  • Work within the commercial team to design and execute on necessary sales tools
  • Work cross functionally and with external stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and drive efficiencies that ultimately drive sales revenue
  • Build and support the necessary remote sales force required to achieve sales goals
  • Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience serving in a Sales Executive role (field or inside sales)
  • Experience in Telecom, Retail, Smartphone sales (preferred)
  • Experience with managing a team of direct reports to hit your monthly sales targets
  • MBA from Top 5 US based university or experience at a top US based consulting firm (preferred)
  • Proficiency in English (required)
