Head of National Sales

PayJoy is looking for a Head of National Sales to drive the growth of PayJoy’s phone finance services in Mexico. As our ideal candidate, you are a proven Sales Professional, dynamic, results-driven, and someone who enjoy´s a high-change environment that is focused on building the next generation of PayJoy’s phone finance experiences. The Head of National Sales is responsible for the expansion of retail and distribution and increasing sales revenue while building solid relationships within the ecosystem. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategic plans and initiatives to achieve sales goals
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure cross-functional objectives are met
  • Prepare and maintain accurate forecasts for all distribution partners 
  • Establish and strengthen relationships between PayJoy and distribution partners
  • Build and support the necessary field sales force required to achieve sales goals
  • Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a Sales Executive role
  • Experience in Telecom, Retail, Smartphone sales (preferred)
  • Experience in building an effective sales force, including direct and indirect reports
  • MBA from Top 5 US based university or experience at a top US based consulting firm (preferred)
  • Proficiency in English (required)
