Program Manager - Global Strategic Initiatives

As the Program Manager of Global Strategic Initiatives, you will work with highly skilled cross-functional teams to deploy new initiatives from ideation to launch, driving success through the Product Lifecycle framework, and being part of an innovative and collaborative environment.

The Program Manager of GSI will ensure efficient and successful product launches across different geographies, by driving market and product readiness across all functional areas. The successful candidate will have experience deploying “from zero to one” initiatives, and gathering on-the-ground learnings to iterate and improve the new products to achieve market fit.

Responsibilites

  • Drive new initiatives successfully through cross-functional collaboration across all phases of the Product Lifecycle including all activities necessary to conceive, qualify, plan and launch new products
  • Own key KPIs and achieve company’s sales objectives related to product launchesIdentify and manage critical milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Proactively collaborate with Product Management to solve conflicts around resources, schedules, risks, scope and other program-level issues
  • Define key metrics to track and provide visibility to all stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Prepare and deliver program status updates and presentations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership team
  • Requirements

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Business Management
  • Project Management or related field
  • Minimum of 6-7 years’ program management and/or product management experience with an emphasis on cross-functional projects
  • English language proficiency is required
  • Skills and Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in successfully leading complex product deployments
  • Successful application of Product Lifecycle principles in managing initiatives through each phase from ‘cradle to grave’
  • Ability to understand and work with technical concepts and creatively apply these concepts to product innovation and strategic portfolio alignment
  • Strong team-player with proven ability to effectively work with and influence engineering, sales, marketing, finance and operations
  • Ability to coach and motivate team members to be successful in their roles
  • Ability to understand, present and explain technical information or complex initiatives in a way that is understandable and actionable
  • Experience in driving change in an evolving organization while achieving high-quality results
