Program Manager

As the Program Manager of phone financing, you will work with highly skilled teams to launch, implement and scale this new market offering, driving success through the Product Lifecycle framework, and being part of an innovative and collaborative environment.

The Program Manager of phone financing will ensure efficient and successful product launch, find suitable partners understanding their needs and growth by driving organizational readiness across all functional areas. A successful candidate will have experience executing complex, cross-functional programs, knowledge and proper interpretation of engineering requirements, and will be able to lead teams to achieve challenging goals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management or related field
  • Minimum of 6+ years’ program management and/or product management experience with an emphasis on cross-functional projects
  • Sales / Consulting experience is desirable
  • English language proficiency is required
  • Responsibilities

  • Drive product success through cross-functional collaboration across all phases of the Product Lifecycle including all activities necessary to conceive, qualify, plan, launch, scale and end-of-life products
  • Own key KPIs and achieve company’s sales objectives related to product success
  • Develop business opportunities by growing existing relationships and building new ones, understanding needs and transforming them into product features.
  • Identify and manage critical milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Proactively collaborate with Product Management to solve conflicts around resources, schedules, risks, scope and other program-level issues
  • Provide clear direction and support to multiple teams simultaneously
  • Define key metrics to track and provide visibility to all team members on a regular basis
  • Prepare and deliver program status updates and presentations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership team
  • Skills and Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in successfully leading complex, high-profile initiatives with specific experience in leading engineering and business teams
  • Successful application of Product Lifecycle principles in managing initiatives through each phase from ‘cradle to grave’
  • Ability to understand and work with technical concepts and creatively apply these concepts to product innovation and strategic portfolio alignment
  • Strong team-player with proven ability to effectively work with and influence engineering, sales, marketing, finance and operations
  • Ability to coach and motivate team members to be successful in their roles
  • Ability to understand, present and explain technical information or complex initiatives in a way that is understandable and actionable
  • Experience in driving change in an evolving organization while achieving high-quality results
