Merchant Operations Analyst - Ecuador

As the Merchants Operations Analyst, you will work with several merchants nationwide. Operations with merchants at Payjoy involve strategic interactions and several administrative transactions that help us build successful partnerships and grow our business.

The Merchants Operations Analyst will ensure efficient and successful partnerships in Ecuador by driving our Merchants through our processes and products. The successful candidate will have experience as the key contact with partners.


  • Support all merchants in their administrative operations
  • Perform reconciliations for payment with partners, management of promotions and assurance of payments to partners
  • Ensure commissions payments, promotion, incentive, etc will be paid on time
  • Assist business planning process (discovery, ideation, initiative sizing, business plan creation, governance setup, execution start)
  • Work with other PayJoy Teams to ensure successful execution of regional projects
  • Be able to simplify and synthesize complex structures to communicate value effectively
  • Travel within Ecuador, when necessary, to support PayJoy accounts to grow existing business
  • Nurture strong relationships with our global offices, including San Francisco’s headquarters
  • Be adaptive as needed to support internal and external customer needs.
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years of managing accounts in Telecom and/or Retail
  • Experience managing partners remotely
  • Customer Experience background
  • KPIs Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish (both required)
