How Do I apply?

You need to apply in-store at any PayJoy approved distributor.

When is my first payment due?

7 days after purchase, you will need to make weekly payment

How many phones can I take with PayJoy at once?

You can only pay for one phone at a time with PayJoy. Once you finish paying, you can apply for another!

How do I know what my weekly or monthly payment price will be?

Your repayment amount will be on the contract sent to you on email and it will also be displayed on the PayJoy App

What if I miss a payment?

Your phone will lock. You wont be able to use it except when you dial our contact center or emergency.

The phone come with warranty?

The phones come with a manufacturer’s warranty limited to manufacturer’s defects, you can email supportsa@payjoy.com for more information
