Recruiting Coordinator

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of PayJoy. You'll work closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to facilitate the flow of candidates through the recruitment process. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to have a huge impact on the overall candidate experience and supporting the growth of the PayJoy team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure candidates have an amazing experience throughout the entire recruiting process
  • Schedule phone and onsite/virtual interviews, organize travel arrangements for candidates and oversee onsite candidate experience (virtually and when we return to the office)
  • Manage records for all candidates through the use of our applicant tracking system (Lever)
  • Accommodate the changing needs of our team and candidates, while keeping the candidate experience in mind
  • Handle miscellaneous recruiting administrative tasks on an as-needed basis
  • Proactively provide feedback and highlight areas of opportunity for our team
  • Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Generalist
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems
  • Be a stickler for the finer details
  • Strong organization with an effective system to manage to-dos, ensuring that the ball is never dropped
  • Work closely with a small team of other executors, being a strong and effective collaborator
