Sales Operations Analyst

As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will work with sales teams across all geographies and will manage the sales process and tools to augment their efforts. You will be responsible for configuring the tools as per sales requirements and will also help maintain data hygiene of all relevant sales data. You will also be a key point of contact for third party integrations that we will perform with our Sales CRM and database. 


  • Develop, document, and deploy sales processes
  • Support the implementation of new processes and automations with sales teams
  • Track and develop sales metrics in conjunction with BI team
  • Manage third party vendors, if necessary, for data pipelines and maintaining data hygiene
  • Manage the Sales CRM to ensure it is well configured for sales team requirements
  • Interact with sales teams across geographies and document best practices
  • Management of Sales KPIs across geographies
  • Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of building and maintaining data pipelines is preferred
  • Prior experience of working with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of sales metrics and data analysis is preferred
  • English and Spanish language required 
  • Bachelor’s degree required
