Director of Operations

PayJoy is looking for a Director of Operations to drive the operations of PayJoy for all products offered in Mexico. As our ideal candidate, you are a proven leader, results-driven, and enjoy a high-change environment that is focused on building the next generation of PayJoy’s experiences. The Director of Operations is responsible for maintaining daily operations and upholding customer, clerk, and merchant satisfaction through automation initiatives.  You will also be responsible for building out the necessary team to support the operation.


  • Develop and implement effective strategic plans and initiatives to support daily operations
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure cross-functional objectives are met
  • Work within the commercial team to design and execute on necessary sales needs
  • Work cross functionally and with external stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and drive efficiencies that ultimately drive satisfaction to all areas served
  • Build & Ensure that operations team can support Payjoy’s growth
  • Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience serving in an Operations role 
  • 5+ years of experience managing CS areas
  • Experience in Telecom & Retail (preferred)
  • Experience with managing a team of direct reports to hit your monthly goals
  • MBA from Top 5 US based university or experience at a top US based consulting firm (preferred) and proficiency in English (required)
