Sales Manager

This position will manage and scale existing partners at PayJoy. You will be in charge of the daily operations with our Partners, and be the lead point of contact for all client matters. You must be a number driven person, used to accomplishing sales targets, anticipate needs, allocate resources, and design action plans to achieve requested targets. You must be able to manage a remote team of field sales representatives to execute high growth initiatives in a timely manner.

You will provide a 360 degree strategy focusing on sales and operations, marketing, POS of insights, conciliation and payment processes, after sales service among others.

This role will also help the Commercial team to partner with new retailers, specially from department stores, self-service and traditional channels to offer PayJoy products. Once the partner is listed, the candidate will be in charge of the sales pipeline process from the information sharing to scaling.

Requirements

  • Background in the mobile industry. (Desirable not mandatory)
  • Trade marketing / account management experience.
  • People skills, you will manage a PayJoy sales team of 5-10 personnel
  • People skills, you will manage Partner sales staff of +100 with a nationwide footprint.
  • Create dashboards and charts in order to have a clear understanding of the business.
