This role will be responsible for all operational aspects of the business, as well as being an active team member of the management team.
You will build on the success of PayJoy’s phone financing business to meet ambitious growth goals. You will be the owner of all things Operations for Ecuador with a focus on improving execution and operational dynamics between PayJoy and its commercial partners, including large telecommunication carriers, retailers and authorized dealers across the country. You'll work with teammates across the company, from Operations, Business Development, Product, Engineering and the Executive Team to launch, and scale PayJoy products. You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive new deployments at PayJoy speed. Successful candidates will be able to dig into the details and step back to focus on the major opportunities.
The organization will depend on this person's expertise and knowledge of operational activities as a guide for design and implementation of new solutions.
