We are looking to employ a training manager with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. A training manager is expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management expertise. You will also have excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Identify and assess the training needs of our retail business partners through job analysis, and consultation with managersDevelop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needsDevelop training manuals that target tangible resultsImplement effective and purposeful training methodsEffectively manage the training budgetEvaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performanceAssess skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvementDrive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activitiesEffectively communicate with team members, trainers and managementCreate a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization's goalsSelect and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver trainingManage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver trainingKeep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (essential)Familiar with traditional and modern training processes with a minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development management (essential)Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programsCritical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsHighly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
