As a key member of the talent team, you will have the opportunity to help shape our workforce. You will ensure that we have the best talent in place to help take PayJoy to the next level.
You will be responsible for developing and nurturing a strong talent pipeline across a range of positions in customer service, engineering, sales, marketing, and G&A. You will also help build PayJoy’s brand presence locally using social media, community and/or industry networking, working alongside marketing and the broader People/HR team.
You have strategically managed the full cycle of recruiting. You have successfully sourced, screened, and hired for a wide variety of roles - both salaried and hourly. You have a strong track-record of working with experienced candidates and stakeholders to deliver outstanding impact. You are an excellent partner and collaborator, obsessed with hiring managers’ needs and relentless in your pursuit of meeting their high expectations.
