Recuerda generar un código de pago nuevo cada vez que realices un pago, lo deberás de realizar el día que hagas el pago ya que estos tienen un tiempo de caducidad.
Dentro de la aplicación encontrarás “Realizar pago” aquí selecciona “Generar código de pago”.
Selecciona las cuotas y establecimiento
Selecciona la cantidad de cuotas que deseas pagar y el establecimiento donde quieres pagar.
Acércate a tu tienda más cercana
Muestra al ejecutivo tu código de pago, te entregarán un comprobante. Recuerda siempre guardar tu última factura para dudas o aclaraciones.

Dentro de la aplicación encontrarás “Realizar pago” aquí podrás encontrar tu distribuidor más cercano.
Selecciona las cuotas y establecimiento
Solicita a la tienda que deseas realizar un pago y proporciona tu Device TAG, elige la cuota a pagar y entrega el dinero al encargado de la tienda.
Recibirás el comprobante de tu pago
Te entregaran un comprobante. Recuerda siempre guardar tu última factura para dudas o aclaraciones.

¿Qué teléfonos puedo comprar con PayJoy?
Puedes elegir entre modelos Samsung, Huawei, Motorola, Realme, TCL y Nokia. Los modelos están sujetos a disponibilidad de cada tienda.
¿Qué requisitos necesito?
Solo necesitas tu cédula de identidad vigente y un número celular activo.
¿Cuánto tendré que pagar en total?
El monto total a pagar depende del modelo que escojas. El momento de la venta te explicaremos cuanto debes pagar semanalmente y el monto total a pagar.
¿Cuánto debo pagar de entrada?
El valor de la entrada depende del modelo, pero va desde el 15% hasta el 35% del valor total del equipo.
¿Dónde puedo pagar mis cuotitas semanales?
Realiza tus pagos en nuestros puntos de pago oficiales: Western Union, Red Facilito, Farmacias 911, Tia, Red Activa.
