You need to apply in-store at any PayJoy approved distributor.
7 days after purchase, you will need to make the first payment.
You can only purchase one phone at a time with PayJoy. Once you finish paying for your first smartphone, you can apply for another one.
Your repayment amount will be on the contract sent to you on email and it will also be displayed on the PayJoy App.
Your phone will lock. You wont be able to use it except for when you dial PayJoy's contact center or emergency calls. Once the payment is made the phone will unlock and normal usage of it will return.
The smartphones come with a manufacturer’s warranty limited to manufacturer’s defects, you can email customersupportph@payjoy.com for more information.
